No, the OEM ones are not poly, these will be a harsher transition, but you can go with them if that's what you like.

The ES bumpstops are a compromise, but they're readily available(usually locally), and they only cost about $20 a pair. Yes, the factory bumpstops are better, if you can get them and have about $70.
