Default Vertical lower a arm bolt woes

Having the same problem on both sides....bolt will move just fine, not seized at all, it just hits this part of the k-member when i try to take it out. any suggestions?

Move the a arm around, they pull right out just play with it

thank you, not gonna mess with it anymore tonight, better luck tomorrow hopefully. guessing i just need to get it to slide out at the right angle? cause the head of the bolt doesn't move much but the *** end does.

mine was tough too.....but it did come out
