Default B&G lowering springs

Hey,

I have been searching for a bit today on here and google looking for some results with no luck.

I'm very interested in swapping out my BMR springs for the B&G springs because it isn't low enough for me right now.

Anyone have any experience with them? They are all over tons of websites, but not turning up any results here. If not I may have to go with the sportlines even though I have been told they ride like ****.

Thanks guys

The Eibach sportlines and the prokit definitely ride like ****, man. I've not heard of B&G, but generally the lower they make the car the shittier the ride.

What shocks do you have? A good pair of shocks can probably assist the ride quality if you are concerned about that. If you go too low with the stock shocks, you'll bottom your shocks out a lot regardless of brand.

I have the tokico blues currently. The previous owner installed the BMR stage 2 kit about 500 miles ago.

about another 1/2" which the B&G and the sportlines offer.

I'm surprised more people aren't running the B&G or tried them. They are on about every other F-Body performance website. Maybe it's because they cost more than all the other springs?

After you lower a certain amount you have a hard time getting around places. I hate the Eibachs on my car right now, too dang low lol (and the ride quality stands to be improved as well). I'd trade for one that'd raise me 1/2" or so but I doubt anyone would do that. Plus I'd have to not drive the car for however long it takes, and I've missed her for long enough.

I've got my front end apart right now and will trade you my Eibach Sportlines for your BMR's immediately.

i got B&G w/ belstiens and the ride is pretty good. cant complain. kinda wish i would have went w/ koni's. but went with what i could afford with the shocks at that time. and the drop of the B&G springs are good about 1.5". i'll be posting pics soon.
