Default E-brake backing plates pics & parts

Didn't see a place in the 'stickies' for this stuff.
Gonna be putting, soon,my OEM rearend(3.23s')back in and take out the 4.56 rearend. I have a couple of sets of backing plates assemblies for the purpose of leaving the existing in-car rearend intact.
Tore apart a set for cleaning/rebuilding.Everything came apart easily, the small screws have a 8mm hex head.Cleaned everything and took pics before re-assembling the 2nd one to show the parts.

The E-brake lever seals were completely gone/deteriorated,made some seals from rubber sheet and cut a slit for the lever. Won't protect as good as the OEM seals, but keep the 'heavy' stuff out.

Great Post! FYI - You can get OEM boots from RMS Auto Parts. (They appear to be the only place in the world that carries them separate from a kit.) http://www.rmsautoparts.com/proddeta...0FH-Brake-Boot
