ABS/Active handling light is on in my C5Z... got a couple questions? got a C1214 code

ABS/Active handling light is on in my C5Z... got a couple questions? got a C1214 code So my 2001 Z06 has the ABS and traction control lights on. Sometimes they are on when I drive the car, and other times they stay off.
My friend hooked his fancy schmancy Snap On scanner to the car(the cel wasn't on btw) and the following code was being thrown:
C1214
Solenoid valve relay or coil circuit open
Is this a common thing that happens in c5 corvettes? and is there any easy fix as to what it more than likely is?
We checked the connections and there was no corrosion, checked the fuse and its good. Where should I go from here?
