Default burkhart chassis Manual Steering problem

Wanted to know if anyone has had problems with the bolt in the picture attached being to big. I have had other problems with the kit, but Im not about to start bashing anyone. The kit is for a 2002 TA, I just wanted to know if by chance the later year like the 99 and down had a bigger holes for this. I know most bolt in kits need fab done to make them fit, but I really did not see me having to drill out holes. The bolts seem to be way off, and no instructions ever stated that they would need to be drilled at all. I really like the kit but seems that Im running into alot of problems that should have been spotted before it was shipped.
