Default CTS-V brake problem

When I first did to upgrade my cars brakes they were fine; pedal was firm and respond better than with the stocks.
Until recently the car had been sitting at the body shop for 2 months and when I got it back the brakes felt normal and responded normal to daily driving. The problem is when I hit the brakes going into a curve seems like the ABS kicks in and feels like the brakes are fading and the front right seems to lock up.
The calipers were rebuilt and the disc resurfaced, all new hardware including brake pad were used when I installed it. Only thing that has changed since its been sitting was I replace the tires in the rear. Fronts are Bridgestone Potenza 27535 R18 rears are Nitto NT05 295/35 R18.

Someone please help so far I've been able to manage and brake sooner going into a curve but one of these days I might need it when I least expect it.

Need to check the fluid color but yeah when I did the brakes I bleed the system. I'll try again this weekend and change the rear brake line to the new braided lines I have.
