Mine sagged about 0.5"... other than sag, springs can't go bad unless they break.

I just had my Sportlines taken out yesterday,i bought them new and they look pretty bad with only 8000 mi. on them. They were like bent and you could see where the coils were rubbing against each other.I hope yours look better than mine did.I had Kenny Brown G2 springs installed, much more comfortable to drive.

Mine had about 5000 miles on them. The rear only had 3/4" of travel and bottomed out constantly. The coils rubbed against each other and wore the paint off on mine. I replaced mine with H&R springs, handles far better, and doesn't bottom out. I liked the lower look of the sportlines, but I prefer being able to drive it now.

Springs, like any other component, can wear out after time. Everything has a "duty cycle" or a design life. How many miles do you have on the springs? I'd guess the design life is somewhere between 75 and 100k. Give Eibach a call and ask them.
