give the bolts a shot of WD-40, try get it under the bolt heads. Don't wrench it right away, let the WD soak in for 5 mins first. Also, use a long-handled ratchet (obviously)

Are you saying you can't get the caliper bolt to turn or just not able to remove it?

I had to use a wrench and a rubber mallet to get all four of my calipers off. Dont know if this is what your talking about or not. If you are just talking about getting the rotor off make sure you took off the factory spring steel keepers from the lugs... im sure you would have done that though.

My calipers came off easy. Did you compress them with a C-clamp first?
