Default Who knows brake fitting thread size and pitch specs?

I need to know what the exact thread size and pitch is for fittings on 4 channel rear ends. More specifically I'd like to know the fittings going from the hose connecting brake lines on the body to the bracket mounted on a 4 channel rear. From what I can tell they could be possibly a 14mm x 1.0 and 12mm x 1.0 but I can't tell for sure. What I really need is an adapter to go from the 12mm to the 14mm. Can anybody tell me what size fittings I'm working with so I can get the right adapter?

There are two different sizes of the fittings on the 4ch cars. I stock most of the adapters and lines.
