I just spoke with a customer about one of these yesterday. He said it works, but doesn't like the design. The first issue I have with it, and any of the "tunnel mount" arms available is that they are bad about noise and vibration transfer directly into the floorboard which resonates throughout the cabin. Especially this setup which uses a rod-end and not a bushing. The plate setup needed to attach this arm to the thin sheet-metal is also very heavy. My other concern with it is the rod end just sort of "floats" in the end of the tube. This is to allow suspension articulation and some front to back movement to allow for suspension travel. The trouble is, without it being solidly secured, it puts a lot of stress on the tubing around the insert and over time can deform the tubing. Honestly, if you have a regularly street driven car, it is not a very good option for you. Unless you like road noise for some reason
