running stock susp....please help

upgrading stock susp....please help car is running a corrected time of 11.34 @ 120
I have 410/400 at the wheels, M6, 9" rear.
I would like to try to get to a 10 N/A with out adding any more hp, I know it's been done numerous times. I have interior gutted. going to remove the bumper supports soon as well.
can you guys give me real world time improve ments (60ft or 1320 time) for torque arms, adjustable shocks or springs? would those upgrades be enough to hit a 10.99??
