Default camber problem ?

Well I just had a set on mac springs installed with Qa1's up front and the car only sits about 1 inch lower than it was before it was riding on slp/eibach springs. My question is is -.9 camber too much the alignment shop said the camber adjustment is maxed out the only way to bring it back into range would be raise the front back up? I like the stance just the way it is. The front left is -.5 and the front rt is -.9 and they say they are both maxed out. Am I ok I know it will probibly have better turn in and handle better the way it is right? I just don't want to have uneven tire wear or any negative affects. Also now that the car is lowered and aligned when I turn the wheel from side to side the is a slight vibration feel it is hard to describe it kind of feels like the tires are just fighting for traction as they turn has anyone else felt the steering like that? It only happens when I turn the wheels when I am stopped or barely moving. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
