Default Rear Brakes With New Rear End

So here is my dilemma. I am in the process of installing a new Moser 9" rear end in my 01 SS. I have 2 options at this point.
1. Modify my existing rear backing plates to mount up to the 10/12 Chevrolet flange.
Or
2. Purchase an aftermarket brake setup.

My car is a street/strip car more strip that street. Full suspension front and rear. I looking for advise as to brands and setups that people are running with results.

Thanks,
Eric

Why would you have to modify your existing brakes to work with the Moser ends?

I was thinking about trying to install the factory backing plates without removing the axels and bearings.

Aftermarket caliper mount plates are usually slotted for this purpose.

To make it work with oem brakes you will need to cut the steel caliper mount plates. Not that it can't be done, but not too sure I would suggest that.
