Default Rear Sway bar install........GREASE or NO GREASE.......

Can this be put back on with weight on wheels....or do the tires and rear-end need to hang....?

I removed it with the wheels hanging with the car on jack stands......

Weight of the car needs to be loaded. Put the rear on stands leaving the wheels off to give you the space you want.

So jack stands under the axles....remove the tires for room to work.

I lost both brackets while driving because a mechanic did not tighten them back. So I have to install complete new brakets, all metal pieces.

Do I bolt the brackets and bushings to the rear-end first. Then the end links....?

Or the end links first....then the brackets onto the rear-end.

I put the brackets on loosely. Then tighten the end links.

I doesn't matter if the suspension is loaded or not for the say bar, as long as it is loaded evenly. Don't jack one side up and then the other. So you can do it loaded or free hanging

Do I install the rubber bushings dry.....or do they need a little grease...?

Factory bushings and brackets.......

****I ask because I see on some aftermarket brackets....they have grease fittings built in.......

Thanks....

Factory rubber bushings do not need to be greased. Our brackets have grease fittings because we use polyurethane bushings which do require grease

I would grease them to prevent bind when the bar is functioning. @0:21

I would not be afraid to add grease, even with rubber. It NEVER hurts.

Imo, if you have a set of ramps backing the car up on them. It's a lot quicker and easier the using jacks.

I had to grease my stock bushings to get them to quit squeaking.
