Question if I lower my Z28.
I have heard if I put lowering spring's and a set of shock's I would have to put a adjustable panhard rod and LCA relocation bracket's. Is this true if not could I do it with just the spring's and shock's. Or would I need the extra stuff to lower it correctly. I want the best ride quality if I have to put the extra thing's I guess I will. Any input is welcomed.

No, you don't need that other stuff and it won't make the ride quality any better. The adjustable panhard rod is just to recenter the rear end, which won't be a problem anyway unless you are running huge rear tires. The relocation brackets just restore the original level of traction by keeping the car from squatting under hard acceleration. Both are nice to have items, but not absolutely necessary unless you are shooting for peak performance from the car.

I'd strongly recommend both.
The panhard rod, like said, recenters the rear end. Many with 16" rims don't need it, but some do. I needed one.
If you plan on doing any kind of drag racing with your car, get the relocation brackets.
