Default SLP 70002 suspension kit

I was looking at this kit for my 99' WS6. This has the Bilstein/Eibach Shocks/Springs. Many of the front struts I see come with a hood, I assume for the spring to sit in. The SLP kit does not have it, or it does not show in a single picture? Where can I get the needed parts? I need to replace everything not just the shocks/struts. My suspension has had it.

Or let me ask this, is there an option under 1k that has the parts that is as good?

This kit from Strano would be significantly better http://www.stranoparts.com/partdetai...D=92&ModelID=8 and cheaper

I currently have the eibach springs and the SLP Bilstein shock and the setup is ok but I'll probably be upgrading to some strano springs and Koni shocks later on when I have the cash. Give Sam Strano a call and he'll tell you be able to help you out.

What is interesting about that kit is the Koni STR-Ts are $360 shipped for a set of 4. That makes those springs $300. A little steep.

Pickup the shocks from elsewhere... Strano doesn't get the fancy large quantity discounts like other vendors may, but he has personally won many races with his springs and knows what's best to make your car handle. The best shocks are the Koni Sports but they are quite a bit more cash.
