PLZ HELP!!! Need a bolt size for a TQ arm bracket on moser

PLZ HELP!!! Need a bolt size for a TQ arm bracket on moser well one of my bolts is missing where the tq arm bolts up to the moser. I called moser and they said its a 1/2*13*1" grade 8 bolt. well i go and order some of those from a bolt dealer, and they are too small. Does anyone know where i can find this info?

well it went in the hole but it seems like the screw is still a bit small. so im guessing the 1" is fine so is the coarsness but the diameter is off by a bit
