Default QA1's Hals F vs R series?

which one is the best for drag racing?

my understanding is that the R series is better since you can adjust so that the car doesnt slam down as hard as the regual hals?

i need a set of them and i dont know which set to get..

HELP!

Durien, the R's are definitely better for a drag only car. IIRC, the R's have 90/10 rebound, the F's 50/50. So when you launch, the R's will come up quick, and set down slowly. The F's will come up quick and come back down just as quick. I've got the F's as they're better all around for the street, the R's are supposedly not great for the street. The nose does bounce around a bit of a hard launch and on the 1-2 shift, but nothing terrible.

But if your the type of fellow (and I know you are) who has no problem driving around on ET Streets, I suspect you'd prefer the R's
