my car has been making a popping and/or creaking noise from the front end. i took it to a local mechanic and i told him what was going on with my car. I even told him to check the swaybar endlinks and bushings. he said that they were fine, but looked a little dry.....so he sprayed some sort of lubricant on them and tighten up some bolts that he said looked to be rubbing against something. BTW my car has about 45,800 miles on it. well i drove it up the road and its still doing the same thing

oh oops let me add that the dude said he thinks that the shocks had been replaced and they looked fine. i dont know whether or not to believe him or not, but i guess he should be able to tell if they are good or bad!!
