Default brembo oem's

So its been a couple of days with the new rotors and they seem like they dont want to work unless there really hot the hotter you get them the better they stop. Is this normal for the brembo and hawk setup, or they should stop good all the time (hot cold).
Thanks

Which Hawk pads? There are only 10 different compunds, and some won't work well cold. FWIW, I've never had any issues with my Brembo/Hawk HP+ fronts and Brembo/Hawk HPS rear and I followed the bedding instructions.

Did you follow the bedding procedures included with the pads? I can't help beyond that, but mine have not been an issue.
