ABS INOP Error

ABS INOP Error I keep getting the ABS INOP light, which also is turning off my traction control. After that happens I lose traction and cannot brake. But then my braking returns. Anyone else have this problem? The error is not showing up in the computer scanner. Please Help! Its not fun seeing your car in the driveway in the summer! I have a 1997 Z28!

I no a guy who had a 94 z-28 convertible and his car did the same thing. The ABS Valve under the hood (the black box on the drivers side with the 4 brake lines running out of it sorry didn't know the proper name for it so i thought I would describe it to) went bad and had to be replaced. I know that is probably what you don't want to hear because it is not cheap. Good Luck man.
