Default help me and my rear brakes please

it started off that i went and got my car dynotuned and when it was on the dyno it hit rev limiter and we let off the gas to see my rear end smoking bad and it smelt like it was my brakes and the rear wheels were to hot to even touch. on the way up to the dyno my friend said hey smelt something funny when he was behind me so it had to have been doing it on the way up there. my car had been sitting for about 11 months and since i got it running i have out about 3k miles on her. so me and my dad put the rear on a jack stand and ran it up to 105mph and checked the ebrake and checked to see if the pins were sticking and it wasn't either one. i have also noticed that i have to give it more gas than i should to maintain speeds on the highway and it should be running stronger since i just got done putting a bigger cam and long tube headers on it and spec clutch. please help me because im stumped.

How old is your car? Could be your rear calipers seized up on you. If you let off the gas do you feel a drag, like something is prematurely slowing you down, quickly?

Not sure if related:

I had my guide pins seize on my 99' Bird and have recommended synthetic grease since.

But, I wonder if the parking break could be playing into this?

When you took the rear brakes apart to inspect the pins did you depress the pistons and remove the rotor to see if everything is moving freely?
