Default Spohn torque arm

I just bought a Spohn torque arm (www.spohn.net Item# 405) to overcome the fitment problems of long tube headers and my y-pipe. Basically the y-pipe rides up against my factory torque arm all the time... have not been able to drive it for 4-5 months now. Unfortunately during this time the company I bought the headers and y-pipe from hasn't helped much in getting a y-pipe that fits correctly. Customer service is basically no existent. Anyway, I decided to go this route... fix the problem myself with another mod.

How hard is it to change a torque arm? Are there any details I must know in order not to screw this up? Will the torque arm provide any other benefits except make my y-pipe fit correctly?
