Default Thrust angle excessive ? and adjustable panhard bar

I had the front end aligned and I got these specs out of the rear:

LR (-0.3 camber) , +0.13" toe

RR (0 camber) , - 0.09" toe

Total toe 0.05"
Thrust angle +0.22deg

Factory spec on thrust angle is +- 0.15 deg

So the toe is totally separate from the thrust angle right?
So as far as toe, my wheels are, exagerrated : \ () \

If I go after the thrust angle with adj. panhard, which direction does
my rear have to go in to get for my rear to turn (counterclockwise ?)

How do the measure thrust angle if toe is out ? Seems they are linked.

Ok, I think I understand how tow-in/tow-out on on each side contributes to a out of straight thrust angle.... only confusion now is with my rear pointing left, wouldn't that be a negative thrust angle?

I measured my wheels at least compared to the fenders with a plumb bob. I am about 3/16" to the right (too close to the right fender) of centered. Re-centering with my panhard, I would think, would put my LR tow-out and RR tow-in back in the right direction, though I don't know how much.

Im wondering why you have camber and toe on a non-IRS car?

Well, it's a hair of camber on 1 side... should be basically zero.
The toe, I finally realize, is from the whole rear being slightly askew (though there is net toe of 0.05)
... which I picture as swinging on kind of an arc with panhard adjustment left to right.
I think when I move the rear to the left/centered, it will be straightened out some.
My only confusion remaining is why my thrust angle isn't reported as negative.
