Default Need help with brakes...getting upset!!!

Ok people. I just put in a new motor and transmission. I had to disconnect every single brake line to do this. Now...I have bleed about 1000 brakes before so this concept is not new to me at all. But I have everything all put back together. There are no leaks, and I have bled about 2 bottles of brake fluid through my system. There is no air in the lines at all. But my brakes are mushy as hell!!! They barely stop the car. If there were any air in the line i would imagine i would have gotten it all out from bleeding all that fluid through it. I am also getting plenty of vacuum. Does the ABS motor need to be bled? I think I would have gotten al the air out of it as well. If I rapidly pump the pedel I can get some pressure but as soon as i let off they get mushy again. But I do not think it is air.

Sounds like there is air in the ABS unit. I know the dealer can bleed it with a Tech II tool. I've heard about 400 other ways, I can't say if any of them work or not though.

The dealer can fix it if you can't find another way.
