You are still lowering the car so the geometry of your LCAs will be thrown off. You will need brackets to bring the LCAs back to parallel. Adj PHB you might be able to get by without if the rear end stays centered. Measure to be sure.

Doing the hose mod tommorow. My pro kit has about 25k miles on it and the rears are sagging. I'm going to put the stockers back on in the rear especially after seeing LuvMyZ's stance. I will post before and after pics.

Alright did the mod today. Went from a pro kit with about 25k miles on it. To prokit in the front and stockers on the rear with the hose mod. It made the car look so much better. It measured 26 1/2in before and almost 27 1/4 after at the top of the wheel wells. The car rides so much better now. I'll post before and after pics tommorow.

So the heater hose is placed there instead of the isolater?
How do you take the isolater off?

The isolater just rotates, or sometimes just pops off. It should be too difficult to remove the stock spring isolators.

Is there a write-up for this anywhere? Do I need a spring compressor or anything along those lines, or could it just be done with simple garage tools? I'm thinking about trying this. I have ramps, jacks, jackstands, all the usual tools, and a good amount of experience(did my own header install, and cam/spring install). I'm just not sure how to get to the point where I put the heater hose on. Thanks.

Here's a write up:

I highly doubt you'd have nay trouble with this. AFA the spring compressor, only the fronts are need them, not the rears. They simply fall to the ground once the rear jack stands are in place and the axle is carefully lowered.

EDIT: Bear in mind that the replacement they're using is something completely different than the heater hose/garden hose mod.

BTW, the heater hose completely replaces the rear isolator.

When I did mine I had to loosen up the rear sway bar quite a bit. My springs would not come out until I did that.

I used a pry bar to get the bottom coil off and on the perch on my 12 bolt. Even with the rear fully extended the springs still needed a bit of caoxing. No compressors tho...

is it fine to do this mod and not use relocation brachets if you have lower control arms ?
