Default LCA Relocation bracket on stock ride height?

I have searched and come up with mixed info about LCA relocation brackets on stock ride height. From what I understand, the car will benefit so long as you don't experience brake hop. Is this correct?

The LCA Relocation bracket helps wheel hop - that is the reason why most people install the brackets. With the stock tires, I have bad wheel hop and will be installing the brackets this spring.

If you aren't lowering it, I wouldn't worry about it. Save your $$.
