Our cars came with ceramic brake pads, so I would stick with the ceramic brake pads. I just ordered the Hawk ceramic pads and the Brembo blanks from stranoparts.com. I said no to the Powerslots even though they were almost at half price and the Brembo's were out of stock. So, I'm just going to wait for my pads and my Brembo blanks to come in later. Drilled and/or slotted rotors are not the way to go. See why by looking at the sticky up top.

Brembo blanks and HPS street pads here, works fine to stop a lot of HP.

i think slotted rotors are ok, its more or the less the cross drilling, that tend to crack even though some companies claim they way they drill the rotor, it doesn't make it crack or put anymore stress on it.

When I needed brakes Strano suggested the Brembo blanks and the PBR pads over the Hawk HPS pads. The rational being similar performance and the PBR's cost less. So that's what I went with. Give him a call and talk to him yourself.
