Default drag shocks/springs

hey guys i tried researching this and i know alot of guys run qa1's with a pound rated spring, but i don't know what I need..i have a full bolt-on car with a yank stall going in soon, and i want to get my suspension together at the same time. I have an adjsutable torque arm, 3 point SFC's, and am ordering LCA's and relocation brackets..

here's where i get fuzzy, the extent of my shock/spring knowledge is that i want something adjustable whether it be qa1's or comp engineering i don't know which one is for me. I would like to be lowered also so i don't know if i can adjust the shock to lower my car and i don't know how to choose what springs i need to go with the shocks. I'm a cheap @$$ in most cases so the cheapest most effective way is the way i would like to go..lastly do i need adjustable shocks in the front and rear? will i be able to do what i need with ones just in the front?

sorry guys, but when i searched all i found is what people chose, not why or how they decided

Most Run Stock Springs In Back And Either The 300 Lb Springs Up Front...

You Can Pick A Higher Spring If You Want It To Be Stiffer And I Would If You Planon Auto-x For Drag Only Id Prob Pick A Lower Spring But Over All 300 Is Whats Recomended For Stret Cars
