Intermittent warped rotor feel?

Intermittent warped rotor feel? I replaced the front bearing hubs, rotors, calipers/pads, and pumped out the old fluid and put in new. Seemed like warped rotor feel went away, but it soon came back but not all the time? Sometimes when I stop it feels perfectly smooth, but more often it feels warped as the car bucks to a stop. Could this be a problem with the booster holding vaccuum? I'm worried that if it's not the rotors, that this behavior will warp them. Thanks

Do you have stock rotors? I have had the same problem with my slotted rotors and have had to "bed" the pads a few times. Went from feeling like warped to perfect smooth.
