if you're on a budget, it would help to know what the budget is.
lowering a car (at least, doing it RIGHT) is not an inexpensive thing to do.
when you lower the car, the stock shocks will not handle the ride height properly. you will need to get new shocks that are either:
1) matched to the springs you are purchasing, or
2) adjustable (like the Koni S/A's) so you can set them correctly for the springs you will use.
also, anytime you lower the car, a new, adjustable PHR will need to be purchased, so that you can re-center the rear end, and although it's not "technically" mandatory, you should really also get LCA relocation brackets to regain downward angle on the LCA's to reduce wheelhop when launching the car.
then, on top of all that, you will need to get the car aligned again after all that has been installed. so all-in-all, you're looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of $1k or more to do it right
you do not <and i can't stress this enough>, you DO NOT want to just throw a set of springs on there and call it done. it may give you the look that you're going for, but it will ride & perform like ****, and can possibly cause damage to several different components
