Default need help with lower a-arm removal

I'm installing new bushings and ball joints on the front end. I did the driver's side already but I had HUGE problems getting the forward (horizontal bushing) bolt out. The washer attached to the bolt would hit the ball joint on the tie rod. i managed to grind it down enough to get out.

Now I'm on the passenger side and the bolt head itself is contacting the plastic cup thing that goes over the tie rod ball joint. How do I get this bolt out? do i take the steering rack out or at least loosen it so I can raise it up to get enough clearance? I'm totally stuck and this is the last hurdle I have.

Thanks in advance!

if i'm not misunderstand you the you need to take the stearing wheel and rotate it. I think that was the case when i installed mine G2 A-arms.
