Default Brake booster

I know this is probobly more general maintinence than performance oriented but I figure its still the right section. When driving around normal my brakes work perfectly as designed, however when I get into them steady and firm (IE quickly slowing down at the dragstrip) my pedal goes to the floor.
If I quickly slam on the brakes it will lock up the tires but it seems like if they get any type of heat to them it feels like they glaze over and won't stop.
Could this be my booster or would it be something else?

Probably your whole setup.

Lame pads will overheat in a matter of seconds at high speed.
Stock calipers will stretch and lose clamping force at high speed also.

I don't think this has anything to do with your brake booster.
