Warped Rotors or Tires Need Balanced?
I just got new rotors and pads all the way around a couple of weeks ago. The old rotors were warped, all of em. My new brakes feel smooth as silk at slower speeds <20 mph or with hard brake application. At highway speeds with light brake pedal application there is a "Wobbly" feeling in the steering wheel for about 2 seconds then it smooths out as I slow down or apply more pedal. Now I must also say, my tires are wore down and definately out of balance, I can even see where some wheel weights fell off. There is a constant "wobble" in the steering wheel but it is a lot greater when I apply the brakes as stated. Any ideas?

You might as well get the tires balanced, it's pretty cheap. Warped rotors shouldn't cause a vibration unless the brake is applied. Also, the tires may not have worn evenly.
