Default bushing lube

What kind of lubricant for my new torque arm bushing?The new torque arm kit wasn`t supplied with any like it was supposed to.Thanks.

You can get polyurethane grease (which is basically boat grease) but, the best thing to use is a graphite lubricant. Permatex makes some in a spray can. Energy Suspension recommends this and it works great.
