Default what torque arm for Drag Car?

I was wondering peoples opinions, and what torque arm they are running on their all out drag cars. I have already decided to go with a short arm, along with my custom arm crossmember to be tied into the custom subframe connectors/cage.

In other words, I need a short arm that will work with a moser 12 bolt, and need to know what brand to order.

thanks

I don't see a Moser 12 Bolt in your list of mods and I would like to say this: I've heard of problems with the Moser 12 bolts and Torque Arms. EPP or DriveLineSolutions said that the Moser 9" fits the Torque arms better.

I've also heard about the problem. You do not see the 12 bolt in my mod list because it is going in my 2000 Z28, not the T/A. I cant run a 9inch because it is not NHRA Stock Eliminator legal. If I ever want to run stock, I need to run a 12 bolt. I may be changing to a different 12 bolt; i.e. strange, etc

The Moser 12-bolt is a good unit the only thing you have to remember is to check the torque arm bolts regularly to make sure they stay tight. Over the years people have tried everything to keep them tight but nothing beats regular inpection of the bolts.

Now to answer you torque arm question if you plan on running 9.90's or slower I would use our Trak Pak torque arm with crossbrace any faster than that I would use the Extreme torque arm. Both of them can be found here

I also agree with BMR products... i use the extreme duty on my car and most of my customer cars and have never had a single problem with one of them....and they work great... i was goin 1.46 on drag radials in an 11.0 car...
