Brakes - Bate and switch pricing?

Brakes - Bate and switch pricing? I don't understand this vendor who is a Board sponsor ------>
Their web page has listed this aftermarket F-body brake upgrade for a specific price for MONTHS!
I ordered a set 12 days ago and never received the parts. I called them today and I was told their web page price was not being honored as a result of a mistake. My card was charged, however.
I went back to the web page later and checked the brake pricing again. The web page was not changed for the claimed error.
Is this "bate and switch" advertising or what?
If they recognized a pricing error 12 days ago when I first placed the order, I assume they should have had time to correct the claimed error.
