Default Are adj shocks & STB mutually exclusive?

I have a shock tower brace that I recently bought. It seems to help stabilize the front and it was not expensive.

Anyway, I see that some adjustible shocks have an adjustment **** that is controlled from the top of the shock tower (e.g., under the hood). Apparently, the shock adjustment is located where my shock tower brace normally is bolted to the chassis.

Does anyone run adjustible shocks with a shock tower brace?

Not ours. The top of the shock shaft attaches to an upper a arm which is underneath the chassis non accessible to the engine bay. Koni adjustments are on the side of the shock body near the top. Other cars have the **** accessible in the engine bay, but ours don't
