Default Wolfe CM Double Adjustable Panhard rod..

Anyone running one of these?

Are they a quality product?

Seems everyone raves about BMR and UMI but you hear very little about other items?

Just looking for some opinions..

Thanks

Jeff

I'm not going to give you some song and dance about how terrible it is and so on. Frankly a good PHB is not all that hard to build. The price is the same as a UMI unit, which I prefer. It's made of the same material, the same rod-ends. What is different is that theirs doesn't appear to be powdercoated, or even painted. And I don't know how well their spacer bushings to adapt the rod-ends to the bolt fit. I also have been to UMI's shop and seen how the weld, and CM needs welded more carefully than mild steel. I'd assume Wolfe knows that, but I can only tell you about what I've seen.

I sell the UMI unit. I like it, I know it, I race with it (in a sport that has huge lateral loads unlike drag racing). Again, I'm sure theirs is fine, but seems a bit unfinished to me.

Sam is a stand up vendor, and most I would think might say it was junk to push there product. If you can get one finished I would go that route, I seen some cheaper than UMI, but it was not painted and UMI does a very nice powdercoat on there things.

Good luck!
