Default alignment?

So I am getting a adjustable panhard bar as well as the BMR extreme rear sway bar.

Can I get my alignment done before the install of these items or do I need to wait. I ask as it may be awhile till I get these parts in hand and just want to know if I woudl just be wasting my time and money by doing an alignment first.

You're just doing a swaybar and a PHB. They won't affect your alignment. If the PHB is adjustable you can use it to center the rear end, but I don't consider that an alignment. I consider alignment to be caster, camber and toe and those don't change on a solid rear axle, and those mods won't effect your front alignment.
