strut tower brace ?

does a strut tower brace do any good ? i know it looks good and stiffens the shock mounts

People have got very different opinions about this part. Some people say it makes a big difference. Other people say it makes absolutely no difference and just adds weight to the car. In doubt, I didn't put one on mine.
