Default guys with kyb agx shocks come in

i'm putting on my new shocks and i'm having a problem with where the shock mounts to the lower a-arm.with the angle of the mount,i have to install them with the dial *** toward the inside of the car.i've tried to turn the angle of the mount to get the dial facing out but i can't move it at all.
how did you guys turn the bottom mount to have it line up right?
would it hurt to have the dial *** face in?

thanks

use a vice, the base plate will rotate but it takes alot of force. I actually mounted mine both ways and putting the **** to the outside is easier to adjust.
