Default Sloppy Rearend

I have a 98 T/A I have a few different vibrations, clunks, & oscillations. If I kick my rear tires especially the drivers there is a discrete clunk you can hear. I have looked into the torque arm, sway bars, shocks, panhard bar, & panhard brace. I also have a ABS INOP light on. I got that from stomping till I overwhelmed in the water as it was annoyingly kicking out on me never really worked sense.
How should I check the rear end components bearings, yoke, differential, or something else I may have forgotten. Funny title huh I am curious how the comments will come in? No pun intended.
