Default Heavy rotors

For christmas my parents gave me a pair of slotted/drilled rotors, i am excited however, they seem to be 5-10 pounds heavier each than the stock rotors...how will this affect my overall acceleration?

Default

Weigh them to see.

Extra unsprung weight is bad for the suspension and handling but a few extra pounds won't matter much in acceleration.

non-slotted nondrilled rotors stop best. see sticky ^.
