Are QA1's dyno tuned?

Are QA1's dyno tuned? Owned QA1's on my car for about a year.
Maybe I have the counting skills of a Florida voter or maybe they never have the same bounce from side to side if they are on the same number. EG: I might have to have one side on 5 and one side on 6 or even 7 for it to feel the same.
Is this typical of the QA1 Single Adjustable product line?
Also, how many threads from the top do you guys run your adjusters if you have 275 springs on a slightly overweight car. I have stripped most non essentials from my car and will be removing ABS and power braking soon. 275's seem to work OK....
