Default brake Fade?

I checked my master cylinder and it is full.

The car is a 1985

I have to push the brake all the way in do get it to start braking.
Is this brake fade and I just need to bleed them?

thanks

Sounds like you just need to bleed the brakes. Brake fade is generally caused from brake fluid getting hot, so during normal driving it shouldn't be a problem.

Also a possible bad brake caliper or master; any leaks?
