Default need to hook

whats a good shock and spring to run on my thirdgen? looking to hook at the track. dont care about cornering, i want to hook on a straight line. the car is driven on the street but not much at all. anyone running adjustable competition engineering shocks in the back? ive got 90/10s in the front with stock springs all the way around. is it worth putting on moroso trick springs in the front? whats a good spring for the back? i no ive got alot of questions so i will stop here. any help is great.

ok madman chime in, what do i need? i really dont want to go to a coil over front or rear. i want to keep a stock like suspension as long as possible. i no it can be done because there are videos everywhere of people who are in the 9s or less on stock suspension.
