Default LT1-LS1 (brake conversion) russ, you had it easy!

i put the LS1 front brakes on, and for the passenger side it was a pain in the *** to get the spindle off of the balljoint, so i had to beat the hell out of the stud for an hour. then since i re used my old balljoints, i cleaned em off and put the new gear on. i re used the LT1 lines, and the copper O rings. put the line on and it leaked, so i spent an hour or 2 trying different approaches of getting the line to not leak and it was cool.

then onto the driver's side.

everything came off in 10 min, and when i went to put the caliper on, it leaked profusely. i went through a 32oz bottle of fluid until it didnt leak. apparently the copper o ring needed persuasion to let the little "block" on the line to seat flush against the caliper. i spent 3 hours trying to get it sealed.

brake fluid was all over too took the paint off of my caliper too.

so right now im letting it sit to see if it leaks anymore. so far in the driveway its pretty good for stopping. bleeding it only took 2 cracks of the screws.
