Default Opinions needed; how do I proceed?

I know this place is full of people who have either been there done that, or know what to do the first time. I am asking for some opinions to help point me in the right direction.

The story...
New Years Eve... I lost control of the vehicle and hit the right side curb and skid across two lanes ending up on top of the median.

Result...
Two bent rims, one bent axel, an alignment issue (nightmare)

Since the accident I have replaced the lower and upper control arms with BMR, I have replaced the LH (driver) spindle (knuckle), lowered with the Eibach prokit, installed the BEAR adjustable tie rod ends, taken the car to a GM dealer to be aligned (they cut the alignment tabs off the bolts???) and I still cannot get the car to drive straight.

The outside of the tire is wearing very fast. I feel that I need more camber.

Questions...
1. How do you check a spindle for correctness?
2. I live in northern wisconsin (on lake superior), and don't know where I can find a good alignment shop. Does anyone know of a good alignment shop in Duluth, MN or Upper Michigan (pref close to Ironwood). I'm smack dab in the middle of these two locations.
3. Will a new K-member, or adjustable upper control arms help? Does my car need the frame checked?

Thanks for stopping by and any and all advice is appreciated.

I would get the frame checked, sounds like something is still bent up front.
